It’ll be an extra special Irish session this Friday, July 26th 5:00-7:00! A 25th anniversary celebration! The one and only Kitty Hoynes Irish Pub & Restaurant! In addition to making music, we’ll be raising a glass to Dave and Cindy Hoyne, and all their staff, thanking them for providing Syracuse -and beyond with a classy, authentic establishment, serving the best in food and Irish entertainment! Neil Emberg hits the stage at 8:00!
Man, we lost a massive contributor to bluegrass fiddle on Friday. 91 years old. Only met him once, but I learned so many tunes from his recordings. “Whiskey Before Breakfast, “Get Up John” and “Katie Hill” just to name a few. Thank you and RIP, Bobby Hicks.
